Profiles are completely customizable, you can provide members any types of fields to fill in.

Fully Customizable Profiles

BuddyPress administrators can create completely customized profile templates for members. Create any number of groups and field types.

Members can write full HTML private messages to other members.

Conversational Messaging

Private messages are threaded like a conversation making them easy to follow. Messages can be sent using the built in TinyMCE editor. Members can send messages to other friends and groups.

Where Can I Download BuddyPress?

Please see the download and installation guide for BuddyPress. This will give you access to current zip files and our SVN repository.

When will BuddyPress be Released?

The BuddyPress development roadmap is available to view. This roadmap determines features on a component by component basis. Each component version is available for download when completed. Components can run standalone, so you don’t need to wait for every component to be completed to start using BuddyPress.
